Lauri Altman

Lauri Altman brings over 30 years of experience as a senior executive in the financial services industry, with deep expertise in strategic planning, budgeting and financial analysis, M&A integration, organizational structure, product development, and sales and marketing.

Lauri began her career at Citigroup, working closely with the Executive Committee and C-Suite executives on some of the company’s most transformative and complex acquisitions. She later transitioned to Citi’s Asset Management group where her extensive knowledge of traditional and alternative asset management products, combined with her client relationship and marketing expertise, played a key role in the division’s growth and success.

Following the acquisition of Citigroup Asset Management by Legg Mason, Lauri joined ClearBridge Advisors as Chief of Staff to the CEO. In this role, she led post-deal strategic, operational, and financial analyses, driving a restructuring that resulted in a significant and sustainable increase in profitability.

Lauri is also deeply committed to philanthropy and has served on the boards of numerous national and local non-profit organizations focused on child welfare, education, and the performing arts.
